چکیده
در این پژوهش کانی­شناسی، ژئوشیمی و تصاویر SEM کلینکر و سیمان پرتلند کارخانه­ی سیمان ارومیه با استفاده از مقاطع صیقلی و تصاویر SEM کلینکر و نیز آنالیز شیمیایی سیمان و کلینکر به روش XRF در آزمایشگاه شیمی کارخانه سیمان ارومیه بررسی شد. شاخص­های بوگه محاسبه شدند و برای مقایسه­ی سیمان و کلینکر ارومیه با استاندارد جهانی از شاخص اشباع آهک، نسبت سیلیس و آلومینیوم نیز استفاده و موقعیت کلینکر و سیمان­های پرتلند در نمودارهای فازی مختلف نشان داده شد. نتایج نشان دهنده­ی وجود فازهای آلیت، بلیت، کوارتز و آلومینات در مقاطع صیقلی است، سوخت لازم از نوع میادین گازی است، سرعت بالا رفتن گرما در کوره و سرعت سرد شدن کلینکر ضعیف است، پخت کلینکر در زمان نسبتاً طولانی صورت گرفت و معلوم شد کلینکر و سیمان پرتلند نوع 2 ارومیه با استاندارد کلینکر و سیمان جهان همخوانی دارند.
